Setera London is a supper club by chef Elias Silva Resinas and his partner, Gabriella Rojas. After working around the world for the last 10 years, in restaurants such as Noma, Pujol, and Benu (3 Michelin star), Elias has developed his own unique culinary style. While Elias' work goes beyond any one cuisine, he is heavily influenced by Mexican, Japanese, and French cultures.
