Join us on Monday 11/27 as Wine Director Dan Reinisch displays the versatility of our favorite Northern Italian grape - Nebbiolo!
We are going to, of course, experience some of our favorite Barolo and Barbaresco, but we also love Nebbiolo coming from off the beaten path - Alto Piemonte, Lombardia, Vallée d'Aoste, and more. No matter where it’s from, we love this grape for its compelling aromatics and bold structure, and most importantly, how it brings the best out of Northern Italian food.
Chef Anthony and Chef Scott will be preparing a 5 course meal to help showcase what we love most about this compelling wine grape. Expect classic Piemontese cuisine, truffles, and some modern twists throughout the meal.
We are going to keep seats extremely limited for this coursed and paired dinner so Anthony can roll around the room shaving truffles, Dan can pour out of magnums, and we're able talk to each table about why these wines matter so much to us.
