Omakase Table by Leonard Yu is a pop-up six-seat omakase dining experience at Silom thai and sushi. Our fish is sourced directly from Toyosu Fish Market in Tokyo to ensure the highest quality sushi possible. We boldly season our Niigata prefecture koshihikari haiga rice blend with nanatsuboshi rice from Hokkaido with aged red vinegar to achieve a perfect flavor harmony between the fish and rice.
