Sin Reglas is a monthly dinner series exploring different themes each month using food, service and beverage as our instruments. Chefs Kevin Bui, Pastry Chef Erica Abe, and Sommelier Erica Catubig. Our creations can range from 5-12 course tasting menus to Tiki Nights and Movie Nights. We have a "docu-dinner” series in the works, collaborations with other great chefs in this area, and so much more.
