A private, 11-course dinner created by SingleThread Chef Kyle Connaughton and Farmer Katina Connaughton along with guest chef Aitor Zabala of Somni in Los Angeles. Joined by Sonoma winemakers John Raytek of Ceritas, Noah Dorrance of Reeve, Baron Ziegler of Marine Layer, and Matt Licklider of Lioco. The chefs and winemakers will collaborate on a special evening of wine and cuisine for a small group of guests. The first course will be served on the pristine waters of Lake Tahoe on a private boat (weather permitting).
During dinner, our host, Paul Grinberg, will share a humorous summary of his quest to dine at all 100 restaurants on the World’s 50 Best list, with lots of great photos of food, chefs and some “interesting” ingredients.
$3500 donation per couple includes dinner and beverages. We will send a custom donation link to complete your booking, this reservation tentatively reserves your spot in Tahoe.
