Chef Joel Childs, formally known as the Chef Behind the Curtain, will preview what will be on menu at 16Eleven, the high-end steakhouse that will be opening this Spring in the APEX Art and Culture Center located in the heart of Everett’s historic Central District. Chef Joel is excited to showcase his restaurant team and to provide a peek into the dining experience soon to change dining in Everett.
