The benefits of meditation are countless, but getting started can be intimidating — and it can be tough to do on your own. Joining a meditation group can help provide the necessary encouragement for developing a consistent practice.
During this four-week series, meditation instructor Lisa Sparagna will share mindfulness tools you can use in your everyday life. Each week, you will be guided through a different meditation, focusing on breath, mantra, visualization and body scan. After class, enjoy a beer in the taproom (one beer included each week)!
Mindfulness meditation classes are non-religious and open to everyone, regardless of experience level. For convenience and comfort, we will be practicing while seated in chairs, so those with mobility concerns need not worry!
