Skippa is a seasonal Japanese restaurant inspired by the Fukuoka Prefecture on Japan’s Kyushu island. We source wild and line-caught fish directly from the Fukuoka Fish Market as well as the authentic binchotan charcoal used for grilling across our entire menu, including dessert.
