Our NYE shin dig will feature a playful all you can eat buffet of small bites with a focus on sustainability from chefs Tiffani Ortiz (former Director of Food Fermentation at Olivetta) and Andy Doubrava (former Executive Chef of Michelin-starred Rustic Canyon) cooked over live fire. Tickets will be limited and will include access to our exclusive party featuring music under dark starry skies with the option to add on perks from the bar, and a nights stay in the resort itself.
In addition to a focus on thoughtfully sourced ingredients, food preservation, and closed loop food systems we have taken the liberty of off setting the carbon footprint of this meal so you can party into the New Year with a clean conscious.
