Celebrated Chef, Nan Yimcharoen, is coming up from Los Angeles to bring her Kaiseki to Snack Fest. Chef Nan and her delectable flavors have been written about by folks like Eater, the LA Times, Robb Report, Timeout, and many more.
Nan's Kaiseki will consist of 7 total courses and be held in our private 3rd Floor venue during Snack Fest. Her menu will take you on a journey fusing a Japanese approach with her famous Thai sauces and heritage. This will truly be something not to be missed.
