Experience the energy of Snack Fest while sitting above the crowd at the exclusive Chefs Counter. The Chefs Counter is Portland’s most impressive pop-up steakhouse where Doug Adams is preparing a coursed meal right in front of you.
When you arrive the host will check you in and take you to the private “Counter Bar” where you can order a number of classic cocktails, a glass of wine, or a beer.
Once seated at the Chefs Counter you will be greeted by chef Doug Adams who prepare a meal that will not be forgotten.

Cold Smoked and Charcoal Grilled Bone-In Ribeye served with
-bone marrow and smoked garlic butter
-lemon, parsley and shallot relish
-Oregon bay shrimp cocktail
-rogue bluecheese and olive steakhouse chopped salad
-s’more chocolate mousse for dessert
Your ticket includes all food and as much Grand Fir Tack Shack East Texas Lager as you can drink. There will also be cocktails, wines by the glass and bottles of wine for purchase throughout the experience.
