Kid in a Candy Shop Lunch - Bourbons, Scotch and Alban

Most of us as children have walked into a candy shop and felt like we could live there. The tapestry of colors, flavors and marketing. I have been working on building an adult version of this experience. I created a room filled with over 200 bourbons and single malt scotch's. I want you to be able to reach for any bottle in the room and taste it. No more worshipping brands, looking at bottles and wondering if they are worth the crazy retail mark-ups or not. Lets actually taste them. Each of the 12 people get's to go into the room and choose any bottle they want. We will then taste through all 12 and compare them. I will prepare a 1 pound steak to share per couple and lots on small snacks and a few bottles of Alban.
