Join us as we taste 12 Paso Wines Blind. I will walk everyone through how to detect the varieties used and wine making methods. The goal is to just have fun and begin to understand detecting markers about your favorite wines. I will prepare an 8 course lunch to share per couple. I will pour wines from Booker, Saxum, Torrin, L'Aventure, Fulldraw, Epoch, Copia, Caelesta, Linne Calodo, Nelle, Top, Close Solene and a few surprises.
