Hello friends and wine lovers! We'll be hosting Luca Pasquero Elia of Paitin Wines in our private dining room for a 3 course lunch with wine pairings. Paitin and the Elia family have been growing grapes in the Piedmont region since 1796, and Luca represents the 5th generation of this wine-producing family.
We'll be featuring 3 of their fabulous Barbarescos, along with a Dolcetto to get us started. To accompany this will be a family-style lunch from Chef Stuart:
Taleggio stuffed crespelle with marinara
Cavatelli with veal ragu bianca
Braised shortrib with polenta and mushrooms.
