Kristen Kish was born in South Korea and adopted into a family in Kentwood, Michigan. After showing an affinity for cooking at a young age, her mother suggested she go to culinary school, and she hasn't looked back since. Kish worked at Chef Guy Martin's Sensing and Barbara Lynch's Stir before competing on Bravo's Top Chef Season 10, where she won the coveted title. She partnered with LINE Hotels in 2018 to launch her first restaurant, Arlo Grey, in Austin, Texas. Alison Arth is a life & leadership coach dedicated to helping people who are over the overwhelm of leading in the hospitality profession.
