Emeril Lagasse is the chef and proprietor of 11 restaurants. As a national TV personality, he's hosted more than 2,000 shows on the Food Network. He's the bestselling author of 19 cookbooks and has received lifetime awards for his contributions to the American culinary industry including the James Beard Foundation's "Humanitarian of the Year." As the son of Emeril, E.J. Lagasse fell in love with food at a very young age, working his first job in the kitchen at age 13. He attended culinary school at Johnson & Wales and trained at Le Bernardin, Core, and Frantzén before returning to New Orleans to take the helm as Chef of Emeril's in 2022.
Alison Arth is a life & leadership coach dedicated to helping people who are over the overwhelm of leading in the hospitality profession. She works with leaders to craft clear visions for their lives and businesses so they can experience more of the good stuff inside and outside of work.
