In the first half of 2021, Blue Hill at Stone Barns is transforming into Chef in Residence at Stone Barns, a program of Stone Barns Center. The Blue Hill team will support a new resident chef every five weeks. Chefs will collaborate with Stone Barns Center farmers and other Hudson Valley producers to bring their unique culinary perspectives to our regional landscape.
