Founded in 1983, Stratford Chefs School is celebrating forty years as a not-for-profit career college focused on the innovative, hands-on training of high quality, aspiring chefs and culinary entrepreneurs in Stratford, Ontario, Canada.

Welcome to Stratford Chefs School! Student Chef Lab Dinners are now finished for the School year, and will resume in October 2024. Open Kitchen Public Cooking Classes run March through September. Tickets are non-refundable, but you can transfer to another person if your plans should change. We hope to see you soon for a cooking class! Bon Appetit.
