We'll explore the fundamentals of sourdough baking, including techniques for mixing, kneading, shaping, and scoring dough. Along the way, we'll discuss the importance of timing, temperature, and hydration, as well as troubleshooting common challenges to ensure your sourdough success when using a regular oven at home!
