Founded in 1983, Stratford Chefs School is a not-for-profit career college focused on the innovative, hands-on training of high quality, aspiring chefs and culinary entrepreneurs in Stratford, Ontario, Canada.

Our Students prepare and serve innovative four or more course dinner menus for the public, under the tutelage of professional chefs from our community and across Canada, from late October to early March.

Due to concerns relating to the current provincial lockdown, we have opted to delay the resumption of School until Monday, January 25, 2021, at which time SCS students and faculty will return from the break. Our popular Prix Fixe Dinners To Go will resume on Tuesday, January 26, kicking off with menus designed by our Level 2 Student Chefs. As soon as restrictions allow, our dine-in Dinner Labs for the public will also resume. Stay tuned here for details! We wish you all good health, happiness, prosperity and good eats in 2021.
