Sueños X Soho Friends
The concept of Sueños is to create a lively, flavorful, and curated marsicos experience inspired by robust cultural seafood dishes that go beyond the border. After the success of creating the highly sought after “Entre Sueños Experience” limited ticketed event, Chef Stephen Sandoval launches a 6 month Baja marsicos pop-up concept at Soho House Chicago. The dishes and spirits feature ingredients from California, Mexico, Spain, and Argentina.
Our motto is “Borderless Baja Cuisine”, referring to street food offerings on both sides of the border between San Diego and Ensenada.
