Summer House Executive Chef Ben Goodnick will serve up four luxe West Coast-inspired plates to match each hand-selected vintner, including George Bank Scallop Quenelle with rich lobster butter and California caviar. Whether you’re a Chardonnay aficionado, a Cabernet Sauvignon diehard or anything in-between, the evening will ignite all senses and broaden your palate.
