Dishes inspired by Bangkok’s Chinatown pack flavor and fire, best quenched with Andy’s tasty mai tais. You’ll swoon (and sweat) over spicy salmon crudo; wok-tossed TOM YUM noodles with roasted chili jam, and herbaceous duck laab.
