With a limited capacity of 10 seatings per evening, the Sushi Gaga Omakase journey introduces our guests to the artistry of Japanese cuisine using authentic Edomae-style techniques prepared by Head Chef Shinnosuke Otsuka. Our 18-course tasting menu celebrates seasonality with fresh Japanese and local ingredients paired with unique premium sake curated by our owner and renowned sake sommelier, Ayaka Ito.
