Celebrate Winter Fire Festival with a sausage making masterclass!
Join us for this 2-3 hour hands on class hosted at Cured Artisan Meats, Orange Arcade. Third generation butcher and smallgoods maker Stefan Birmili will demystify the sausage making process so you will be able to create the perfect sausage at home. No previous experience is necessary.
Not only will you leave with the skills to make your own sausages at home, but you will also get to take home the sausages you make on the day, about 2kg. And a bottle of Swinging Bridge wine to enjoy with your sausages!
This masterclass by Stefan Birmili will also be attended by Swinging Bridge winemaker Tom Ward, and will be accompanied by glasses of Swinging Bridge classics.
Event runs from 2:30-5:30.
