-Grilled Mexican Street Corn with Chili Powder and Cotija Cheese
-Shrimp Ceviche (Aguachile)
-Carne Asada Street Tacos with Sorted Salsas, Toppings and Cheeses.
-Flan with Mexican Hot Chocolate Whipping Cream
Pineapple Margarita Pitchers will be served at dinner.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund, or you may transfer your
spot to someone else.
- Changes made after the 72-hour window will incur a 25% fee.

- If a class does not meet the minimum booking of 6 participants, it will be canceled and
rescheduled. If that happens, we’ll notify you via email and issue a full refund.
