Meaning 'little one' in Korean, ggoma is a Baltimore based supper club from Chef Tae Strain (formerly of Momofuku, The Progress SF, PUBLIC nyc)
Once a month we host a dinner party highlighting new american cuisine and drink.
Our cooking is guided by the seasons, and inspired by travels, mentors, and memories.
Our beverage pairing is a mix of spirits, wine, and n/a drinks, curated by a local beverage partner.
We keep our suppers quite small - we are a little one in every sense.
