Set in our Taglish UCF location, guests will dine communally over banana leaves. This informal, communal dining experience is meant to be a shared experience in which guests will be encouraged to dine in the traditional way with their hands. But utensils will also be available upon request
The chefs will prepare all the food in the center of the table all at once as guests can mix and match through out their experience.
