Omakase Experience at $125 per person by Chef Jeffrey. (Midweek & Sunday only) Premium Omakase Experience by Chef Jason - $150 at table/$160 at bar. (Only Friday & Saturday) Note: A mandatory 17% Operational Support Fee, taxable and not a gratuity under California Labor Code § 351, will be added to your bill to sustain the integrity and excellence of our omakase experience. Optional tips, at your discretion, go entirely to eligible service staff. The fee helps cover: • Premium Ingredients & Imported Specialties (despite abrupt cost surge) • Staff Compensation • Restaurant Operation (upkeep, artisan serveware) • Integrity of Omakase Experience While this fee is mandatory, we prioritize transparency and encourage guests to review all details prior to booking. Should our terms not align with your expectations, we gladly offer cancellation (See our Cancellation Policies) —your satisfaction remains central to our hospitality. Urgent contact — Chef Jason: text only at 415-319-5268. • Late Arrival Policy: We allow a 15-minute grace period. Any arrival beyond this requires management approval. After 15 minutes, service is not guaranteed; interruption of service will incur a fee of $100.00 • Special Occasions: For special occasions, please submit the questionnaire with the name of the celebrant and the occasion so we can better prepare your service. • Corkage Fee: $45 per 750ml or smaller for the first three bottles. $90 for 751-1800ml. Beyond three bottles, an additional $50 fee will be applied. • Reschedule and Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your reservation time through your Tock account. • Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation or a no-show will incur a fee of $100.00.
