"Tanto Si" translates to "so much yes" in Italian; inspired by combining the tradition of Korean banchan, and the feeling you get sitting down for a meal in your Italian grandmother's kitchen.
A series of small plates, quickly filling up the table, showcasing the bounty of California produce paired with Joe's well stocked larder of pickles, preserves, and ferments - all building up to the main event, a progression of handcrafted pastas.
