The Testarossa University class we have all been waiting for! Our own Executive Chef Nadiv has collaborated with the education team to create a dynamic and interesting wine and food pairing! We will learn about the art of the pairing and how chef and winemaker elevate each other's craft with the perfect pairings of food with wine. We will taste six current release and library wines to highlight five Chef Nadiv creations. Please note severe allergies when booking.
