In this class we will explore vineyards that are less than 10 miles from the Pacific Ocean. We will discuss the soils and climate of theses vineyard sites. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay thrive in these areas! We will also discover other grape varieties that grow along the coast too. Cheers to the summer!
