In honor of our long awaited pommeau, this session will speak odes to a very special category of beverage. A sipper. A digestif. For cooler nights by a fire, perhaps. A rather luxurious (but not pompous!) end to a cosy meal with dear friends, the kind of meal you don't want to end so you draw it out with yet another course. That's when you break out the pommeau.
We'll discuss the ins and outs of this class of wine, and taste through several styles of fortified wines and ciders. This class is a true homage to a 5 year project, our pommeau, Dovetail. So what I'm saying is you won't want to miss this!
