Featuring Winemaker Joanne Wing
Jo’s passion for winemaking began with an interest in Merlot. Agriculture had always been a part of Jo’s life as she grew up on a farm and orchard in Cambridge, New Zealand, so it was no surprise that her initial intrigue in wine was with how it was grown. She went on to pursue a horticulture degree at Massey University in order to understand the beginnings of wine - the soil, the climate and the vines.
