After a sold-out season in 2021, The Blank Table is back for the 2022 season with six dinners announced starting May-October. Founded by Chef Fred Keller and Alexandria Ott, The Blank Table is an underground dinner series that focuses on creating unlikely connections between strangers. Hospitality gurus Jillian Ziska, Ronnie Schwandt and Dallas Juanes are joining the team to elevate the guest experience this season and each dinner will create a multi-sensory experience unlike anything else in the city.
TBT seeks to transform San Diego’s culinary culture by igniting a sense of togetherness through cuisine, cocktails, and creativity. Once the event date arrives, guests receive a text message with a map link to an obscure, unknown and off-the-beaten-path location. The evening follows with an exquisite five-course pre-fixe menu paired with either cocktails or mocktails (guest’s choice). Committed to reinvesting in the local community and native creatives, menus feature sustainable, seasonal and complex flavors while utilizing a broad range of spirits explicitly crafted for each dish.
