Enjoy one hour of an immersive Sound Bath that will bring you deep peace. The Logos Method sound bath is designed to magnify your meditations. Past participants report "the best night sleep afterwards," as well as "temporary relief of pain," during the sound bath.
The sound bath takes place in the beautiful and sacred sanctuary at Congregational Church of San Mateo. Come experience if for yourself.
There is plenty of social distance seating and we request people wear masks.
Only 20 mins from San Francisco with parking lot behind the church.
Doors open at 3:30 and lock at 4:05pm.
We offer sound baths once a month.
