This cooking class is designed to show you the significant difference between homemade pasta and store bought.
Class will start promptly at 1:00 pm with a "how to make and enjoy" your own chianti sangria! Then we will begin mixing, kneading and rolling out by hand our flour + egg mixture. When you are done with your sangria, you will get to select a wine to enjoy (red, white, or prosecco).
Once the pasta is ready, chef will take your portion back to cook with your choice of sauce. While you wait, cheese & charcuterie will be served. Enjoy your very own hand rolled pasta!
This class is suitable for ages 14+.
For public cooking classes, menu changes cannot be made.
