first - Salad of Asian Pears with Pate with chicories, sourdough, orange zest,
fermented juniper and autumn herbs.

second - Dumplings in broth with Preserved Cherries and wild rice, savoy cabbage.

Third - Roasted Crown of Duck with Bates and Schmitt chutney, served with
butter beans and local wild mushrooms.
