The Buffalo Jump
The Buffalo Jump is a seasonal, multi-course, tasting menu experience reflecting the travels of its creators, Brandon Baltzley and Laura Higgins-Baltzley as well as the cultural makeup of Cape Cod. It began in the Summer of 2016 as a temporary project, and in the Spring of 2018, it will become a permanent fixture at the decades-old Coonamessett Farm and Research Facility.
