Elite wines have been carefully selected to compliment your culinary experience and attendees will enjoy music from Nashville’s own Wyatt/Nelson Duo featuring special guest performers. Exquisite dinner, wine and music? Sounds like the perfect date night to us!

Sashimi of Walu - salmon and ahi tuna, ponzu sauce, shishito relish
Lobster Claw Tempura - lemon coconut cream, black sea salt
Oysters "Chef and I" Lobster Cream - arugula, focaccia crumbs, chorizo
Grand Cru Sturgeon Caviar - scallion crème fraiche, toast medallions
2nd Course: Blue Camembert Cheese, Melted
topped with a dried strawberry compote, house cured bacon, virgin olive oil, sweetened bourbon and micro greens

Pan Fried Lions Mane Mushrooms SHARED
pan fried in roasted garlic duck fat butter, finished with rich beef bone broth
and shaved black truffles

Wagyu Beef INDIVIDUAL
A5 rated Wagyu beef, simply seasoned and pan seared medium rare, served with roasted garlic Yukon pesto, gremolata
