Returning for the first time since the Coronavirus shutdown, The Dining Project OC is once again taking over Kitchen in the Canyon in Laguna Beach!
Join us on Saturday, December 5th to enjoy a six-course menu inspired by the winter season. Drawn from experiences in Southern California and Northern Utah, James Caveness' menu will be paired with a selection of beverages by our Sommelier, Patrick Fremery.
SAVORY TART OF SWEET ONIONS AND GRUYERE | charred onion, brioche crouton, fine herbs.
TARTARE OF VENISON | pickles and brassicas.
GRILLED SWORDFISH | dungeness crab bolognese, rouille, red pepper emulsion.
PHEASANT AU VIN | brown butter potatoes, stewed vegetables, burgundy jus.
GRASS FED BEEF | ribeye and tongue, black garlic, sauce of wild mushrooms.
PARFAIT OF WINTER SQUASH | yoghurt ice cream, spiced apple caramel, almonds.
