Open reservations are available for a period of two months at a time. These reservations are released at 12pm on the first day of the preceding month. For example, if you wish to make a reservation for the months of January and February, they will be released at 12pm on December 1st. * Due to the limited capacity of our 6-person chefs table, we will prioritize parties of 6.
