This exclusive 6-course tasting experience by Chef Garrett Lipar will feature dishes inspired by original works from some of our favorite local artists: Ruth Gilmore Langs, Tony Roko, Aleea Jaques, Larry Nisson, Gabriel Novak, Chelsea Hohn and Gerry Greene, paired with wines from artist-driven labels curated by Sommelier Sean Crenny.
Before and after dinner, guests are invited to explore a curated gallery in our historic barn, sip on thoughtfully selected wines, mingle with the artists, and have the option to purchase original artwork and signed bottles. Guests will dine in our beautiful new barn in a communal setting, sitting together and savoring a full-sensory experience where food truly becomes art.
