The Silo Cookhouse at The Horse Shoe Farm proudly presents our first Supper Club series! Each month we’ll partner with a local farm or purveyor to feature their seasonal bounty across a three-course, family-style dinner party… truly farm-to-fork. You’ll dine alongside our local partner and hear an informative presentation on their organization and unique provisions. Each course will be paired with wine, hand selected by our team to enhance your culinary experience. You’re also invited to arrive early to enjoy specially crafted hors d’oeuvres and mingle with other guests before the meal.
Colfax Creek Farm, located in Bostic, NC, is owned and operated by Nicole and Aaron Bradley. They raise the finest 100% grass-fed beef, pastured pork, and pasture raised poultry all while focusing on producing healthy foods, raising happy animals, and caring for the land. ShareWell Coffee Co. was founded by Zach and Candice Pritz in 2016 and is based in Flat Rock, NC. They got their start as a coffee roasting business using high-quality and carefully sourced beans from around the world and have now opened a local shop with an espresso bar and slow pour coffees in addition to their bagged coffees and other treats.
Join us for a dinner inspired by the freshest grass fed local meat as well as dishes infused with local roasted coffee. Great food, great wine, great views, and new friends!
Tickets are $130 pp (excluding tax & service charge) and include 3 course dinner, wine pairings with each course and h'ors d'oeuvres. Specialty craft cocktails available for purchase.
