We offer a multi-course dinner service a couple evenings a week. Our menu changes every night in accordance with the natural rhythm of mother earth and her freshest seasonal bounty.

Join us in The Silo Cookhouse for hors d'oeuvres at 6:30pm, before dinner service at 7:00pm. All guests are seated at the same time and enjoy dinner collectively at our communal dinner table.
