Chef Abou - Born and raised in Guinea, West Africa, Chef “Abou” is a self-taught culinary professional with great ambition and focus toward his goals of culinary excellence, teaching and sharing global flavor.
This unique dinner experience will feature a Chef-guided multi-course meal with Chef Abou and Chef Sean at the Left Bank. Seating will be socially distanced, with parties permitted to sit together.

Seared Scallops - red pepper coulis and pear chutney
Grilled Belgian Endives - radicchio, lemongrass vinaigrette and pickle
Braised Short Rib Ravioli - truffle wild mushroom, spring onions, baby kale and roasted walnut
Lavender Rosemary Roasted Duck legs - blackberry bourbon BBQ sauce, puree parsnip and pomegranate seeds
