The space was ideal in which for Russo to create a casual yet elegant restaurant featuring seasonal weekday and weekday menus with twists on classic American favorites while incorporating locally grown, sourced and crafted ingredients. The bistro-style restaurant with open-air atmosphere and misted patio invites both an intimate rendezvous for couples as well as capacity for parties of twenty. Due to Russo’s close connection with global winemakers — in locales such as California, Oregon, France and Italy — The Market Restaurant + Bar hosts regular pairing dinners featuring some of the world’s finest wines to complement her menus.
