The Nomad Cook presents a 2 day virtual class, Introduction To Culinary Cannabis”, designed to help give you the confidence to cook with Cannabis properly & safely. Chef Travis Petersen walks you through terminology, the techniques and best safety practices to ensure accuracy with dosing levels and how to best pair the terpenes of your food to the terpenes of your Cannabis. Learn responsible dosing, the endocannabinoid system and the mathematics you’ll need to know when using this powerful ingredient.
Once registered you’ll be sent a work booklet and list of ingredients you’ll need to participate in the class. Choose the extraction method that best fits the equipment you already have.

Each class is around a hour long. Day 1 we make our extracts. Day 2 we use that extract in a recipe
