The Pheasant features inventive New American dishes with an emphasis on sourcing and showcasing the best ingredients Cape Cod has to offer. Our wine program features organic & biodynamic wines from small producers, as well as creative & classic craft cocktails, beer, cider, and a number of zero proof offerings.
