'Basta Pasta' is an intimate and hands-on pasta-making experience hosted by Chef Noah Zamler at The Press Room.
The $200.00 ticket includes the pasta-making experience for 2 people, each will select a bottle of red, white or rose wine from the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy to pair with lunch.
Guests will learn how to make the classic Italian noodle “Garganelli” the importance of the types of eggs, flour, and olive oil used, and some light Italian pasta history.
Our participants will also receive recipe cards to make the pasta and sauces, a pound of pasta to take home, some sauce to accompany it, and a small loaf of bread.
The class will be followed by a seated lunch with a “Tour of Emilia-Romagna pastas” where guests will sample Tagliatelle alla bolognese, Garganelli al friggione, and Nidi di rondine.
